User data and Privacy Policy

  1. Hamiters does not store any data of user
  2. Data stored on client-server are:
    • User data requested by client which is also compressed
    • Data will be shared to 3rd party API's on client’s request
    • Data will be stored on clients end only for process purpose

Development Cycle and Policy

  1. Project cycle in Hamiters is as follows:
    • Requirement Analysis
    • Design suggestions and finalization
    • Approval for development and project development process
    • Sending prototype or module on milestone completion date for review
    • Finalization of all modules and integration
    • Big Day! Deployment
    • Post Deployment support and maintenance service
  2. Project Cost will be decided by Hamiters
  3. If requirements are changed it will treated as add-on, for which entire cycle will be new
  4. For add-ons or changes in requirements, new cost and time will be provided
  5. We are not responsible for the delay of the project if the necessary perquisites like API’s information (if have), C-panel details etc. is not provided timely by the client
  6. We take every care to develop bug free and stable,but there might be certain unseen bugs which might surface at later stage which might also have been missed by our QA team or the clients
  7. If any 3rd party company/person is introduced before project completion, codes will not be handed over, once project is completed and handover is done, hamiters is not liable for solving any error occurred after changes

Hosting Service

  1. Hosting service is not provided by Hamiters
  2. If project is developed on Hamiter's server, hosting cost will free for limited time
  3. In case project is delayed because of any reason, hosting will only be provided for 6 months, after which either service will be stopped or hosting cost will be informed

Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Payment cycle will be as follows:
    • Advance payment on project start
    • Monthly installments/ or milestones will be decided
    • No Interest(%) will be taken on payment delay if delay is informed prior
    • Payment cycle can be revised if scope of work or agreement changes
    • Project cost will be decided by Hamiters
  2. If requirements are changed it will be treated as Add-On, for which entire cycle will be new
  3. For add-ons or changes in requirements, cost and time will be informed
  4. If any API attracts any cost to be acquired, that will be borne by the client.
  5. We are not liable to write or publish the content on the project, without client's wish or approval.
  6. First milestone payment which is non refundable if any dispute occurs during project
  7. If dispute is occurred from client side then we don’t refund it but if dispute is occurred from our side we will refund your initial amount
  8. If 20% work is done before dispute then we are not liable to refund any amount received
  9. In case of dispute, if work is done more than 20% than client can ask for codes, which will be provided for which payments has been received

Maintenance Policy

    • Maintenance will not be taken if codes are modified other than Hamiters Team, any changed in code or its modified date will lead to tampering of code without permission
    • Maintenance downtime will be informed 24 hours earlier, before temporary shutdown
    • Main Maintenance cost will be informed, depending on duration of maintenance
    • Data loss during maintenance will be responsibility of Hamiters and will be taken care
    • Any development requested during maintenance will be considered as new requirements and will be treated as new project
    • Maintenance must be requested 2 day earlier, which is 48 hours before execution


    • If any part, term or provision of these Policies is held to be illegal or unenforceable neither the validity nor enforceability of the remainder of these policies shall be affected
    • Neither party shall assign or transfer all or any part of its rights without the consent of the other Party.
    • Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation. If the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, civil commotion or industrial dispute. If such delay or failure continues for at least 7 days, the party not affected by such delay or failure shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the other.
    • Project Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the buyer is located (or if the buyer is based in more than one country, the country in which its headquarters are located) (the "Territory") and the parties agree to submit disputes arising out of or in connection with project agreement to the non-exclusive of the courts in the Territory.
